THIS GUY IS A CREEP AND A CROOK!!!
I'm a single stay at home mom of two kids. Seven months after my 4 year old son died my husband and I filed for divorce and I retained Mr. Rosenberg for $1,500.00. My parents paid the money to him because I could not afford it. Almost two years later I needed to take my ex-husband back to court because he owes me a lot of money and broke our agreement. I find out that I owe Mr. Rosenberg $400.00, for what I don't know because I have not even seen or heard from him in over a year. He charges $175.00 an hour EVEN FOR PHONE CALLS!!! So I'm assuming that the $400.00 is from talking to him on the phone before my divorce was final, how pathetic! He is all well aware of my situation, being a single mom, raising two kids on my own (their father has nothing to do with them at all besides paying child support, for now), I also live with my parents currently and the fact that I have no job because I can't afford child care BECAUSE I OBVIOUSLY HAVE NO MONEY. I asked Mr. Rosenberg, AND I ASKED HIM REPEATEDLY JUST TO MAKE SURE, if I pay him the $400.00 will he take my ex-husband back to court and go after my ex for the fees of $875.00, which is not unusual for most honest, not money hungry attorneys to do since the other "party" is considered to be in contempt of court if they break the agreement they usually get stuck paying the attorney fees and court cost. So he says yes no problem he will take my ex-husband back to court if I pay him the $400.00 that I supposedly owed him and my father is a witness to this cause he is the one that gave the creep the check for $400.00 and I am to pay my father back out of my child support!!! So I pay him the money, my father personally hands him the check on a verbal agreement that he goes after my ex for the attorney fees/court cost of $875.00. I try calling him a couple of times and he does not get back to me and then low and behold I get a bill in the mail for $875.00. I call him and his b***h of a secretary answers the phone running her big mouth saying that no they will not be going after my ex that I have to pay the $875.00 up front and I told her that I wanted to speak with Mr. Rosenberg about it since the agreement was between him and I and SHE HANGS UP ON ME!!! HOW CHILDISH!!!!! Have I heard from him, no and I never will. He hides behind his secretaries. HE TOOK MY MONEY LIKE THE CROOK THAT HE IS!!!! THAT SAYS A LOT ABOUT HIS PERSONALITY TO TAKE MONEY FROM A FAMILY THAT NEEDS IT. If I go and retain another attorney that is another $875.00 I will have to spend. My husband owes me money from our income tax returns that were suppose to be split in half in our agreement. I was suppose to get $400.00-$1500.00 or more from the income tax return. I never got it and wanted the agreement changed before he goes and claims the kids that he does not even see again this year on his income tax return. It was not even about the money it's the fact that my ex-husband was being unfair and I could have cared less about the money I g
